Tiers are around 5/6 inches tall and filled with 4 layers of delicious sponge and 3 layers of dreamy filling. Each cake is covered in a moreish matching Belgium chocolate ganache and a thin layer of delicious fondant.
Soft vanilla bean sponge filled with a creamy vanilla bean buttercream and strawberry conserve
Rich chocolate sponge filled with a creamy milk chocolate ganache buttercream
Cookies and Cream
Vanilla bean sponge with cookie pieces filled with a cookies and cream buttercream
A fresh lemon sponge filled with a soft lemon buttercream and zesty lemon curd
Cherry and Almond
An almond sponge filled with a delicious almond buttercream and cherry conserve
A dark soft vanilla sponge filled with a creamy salted caramel buttercream and homemade salted caramel sauce
White Chocolate and Raspberry
White chocolate sponge filled with a creamy white chocolate ganache buttercream and raspberry conserve
Carrot and Orange
A moist spiced carrot sponge with an orange buttercream
If there is a flavour you like that isn't on the menu, I am more than happy to create something for you.
All Cakes contain gluten, eggs and dairy. Some may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
The Beautiful Cakery is not a free from kitchen.
Depending on the time of year and weather they may have a thin layer of ganache underneath the buttercream.
All cakes are made in a kitchen that contains nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten. Colourings used may contain E numbers.
Nuts and alcohol can be omitted from cakes. Please advise of any dietary requirements when ordering.
